Chubb Group Auto Insurance Quotes

Chubb offers multiple insurance products for the business owner as well as the individual consumer. In addition to auto insurance, watercraft and collector car protection are both available.

The Chubb website features videos for the potential customer on various topics so that they can make informed choices when deciding on coverage options.

Some of the benefits of Chubb’s auto insurance policies are rental car reimbursement, high coverage limits for liability, and uninsured/underinsured motorist protection.

Chubb’s optional Agreed Value coverage allows customers to negotiate with their agents as to their car’s worth. If the car is stolen or totaled, Chubb will reimburse that agreed-upon amount.

Through the Masterpiece® Auto Preference Service, customers can also choose their repair facilities.

This benefit distinguishes Chubb from other insurance carriers, who often insist that repairs be completed at one of their affiliated shops.

To get an auto insurance quote, a customer can find a local agent who can help explain the differences in coverage types. While the Chubb website is very helpful for managing a current account, personalized service is only available from a Chubb agent.

For example, the customer can have a good idea of the amount of liability coverage they require by reviewing their personal assets. The Chubb website provides helpful advice for these types of issues and calls to mind questions the customer may not have considered.

Chubb Group Auto Insurance Discounts

There are several discounts available for policyholders who fit certain criteria. Policyholders who make an extra effort to drive safely are often eligible for credits that can significantly lower their premium payments.

Drivers who have a Masterpiece® policy can receive discounts if they insure both their homes and their cars with Chubb. Insuring multiple cars will lower the premiums even more.

There are discounts for good students, students receiving driver training. They also offer Defensive Driving credits for those who complete the Accident Prevention Course.

Vehicles may qualify for reduced premiums if they have the following safety devices:

Chubb Group Auto Insurance Claims

Chubb Group claims service offers online claims reporting. Customers can click the “Report a Loss” link that appears at the top of each page of the website.

The online form will ask for general information such as the insured’s name and policy number, and also a short description of the loss. The form can be completed by either the claimant or a Chubb agent.

Once the form has been submitted, the claimant can send attachments such as police reports.

The Chubb website’s Customer Resource page contains an accident reporting checklist that includes advice about what to do after an accident. Chubb agents recommend printing the checklist and keeping it in the vehicle at all times.

For customers who would rather speak directly with a Chubb representative, the Claim Service Center, at 1-800-252-4670, will be happy to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
