HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Buyer beware…keep shopping around don’t waste your time or money. Nothing but liars and thieves at this company. They sold me coverage and three weeks later TRIPLED my premium stating that I had a bad driving record. I made it crystal clear to the rep my driving record was not good, but he lied and gave me a good driver premium…

I was involved in a car accident on 10/12/2015. The guy who hit me had insurance with Everest, well, they came and did the estimate on my car Wednesday the claim lady claimed it takes 24 hours to get the report.. it’s Friday and I still haven’t heard from her.
they are really pissing me off. they also tried to rent me a car but said I had to pay the deposit to get the car. why am paying for their client who hit me

I wouldn’t refer anyone to this insurance company.
I pay my car insurance every month on time and I was involved in and accident and they are giving me the runaround and nothing but excuses about paying me the money to get my car fix. I have uninsured motorist coverage and why am I paying for it if it does me know good?
They get no stars from me. This been going on for over a month and still haven’t got anything resolved.

Thieves. I didn’t have enough research on insurances while buying my car, and the dealer gave their contact and I did it. I was made to pay three hundred fourteen dollars per months which is higher than my car’s monthly.
I researched another company and took their premium in one fourth of this price. I cancelled my insurance here in 10 days. They charged me 10% of the whole six months premium, and all I got back was twenty dollars. It cost me about three hundred dollars for 10 days of insurance from this company.

I want to talk about customer service rates 00000000000’s. What a business don’t understand, the person who is answering the phones play a big role in that particular business.
I’m talking about, Jackie Hopper representing customer service for Everest/Arrowhead auto insurance has no patient and respect for customers talk to people any kind of way. If she doesn’t like her job or underpay has a customer feel every time I call she gets it on me.

Formerly Everest Insurance out of Alpharetta Ga. Terrible Customer Service from claim adjuster Diane Mitchell. She was rude on phone & when I called to speak with another employee there about her Mrs. Mitchell called me back denied being rude, said I was “trying to trap her” !!??? & hung up on me.
I spoke with I’m assuming was her boss Mr. Smith who only informed me she has always been nice & never had a problem before as if it were only me. He also conveniently spent more time talking about the other person in vehicle accidents insurance injury claims that they were going to have to pay State Farm & still working on that. I had called Mr. Smith to inform him of Mrs. Mitchell’s attitude, tone, & terrible disrespectful communication with my mother & me on the phone.
I was also told I HAVE to deal with this particular person (Diane Mitchell) for any future communications involving this claim even after her treating us this way! Im assuming there is no one else or they don’t care! DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!! Customer service is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and they have an ATTITUDE.

Recently, I was the victim of a car accident. My car was stationary, stopped behind three cars at a red light. Suddenly, a pickup truck came out of a parking lot on my right side and plowed into my car. This happened on the 1st of the month. Unfortunately, the other driver had Everest Security Insurance.
Our initial call to Everest on the 3rd was not bad. I had the police report in hand. The lady took my information and gave me a claim number. She told me that the adjustor would be in touch in a couple of days. When we didn’t hear by the 7th, we called back and were told that the police report arrived on the 3rd and was given the name of the adjustor, Keysha Tharpe. Then the nightmare started.
Keysha was very curt and impolite. From the beginning, and throughout the entire process, she came across as if we were at fault. She said she had not seen the police report but when she did she would call us until then she would assume no liability. After she got the report, she then said she had to speak with the insured before she could assume liability and she was having trouble contacting him.
She did give us the phone number of an appraiser and told us to make an appointment with him. When the appraiser came, I told him that I had already taken the car to the body shop and they had all the pictures and a preliminary estimate. He asked which body shop. When I told him he said he would get with them before he e-mailed his estimate to Keysha … he did not. His estimate was half of the shop’s estimate! The shop got with the appraiser who then sent a corrected estimate to Keysha. I set up an appointment with the shop for the 14th.
We did not hear from Keysha for over a week, so we called her. Every time we called Keysha we got her voice mail. She obviously screens all her calls. We rarely got a callback, so we had to keep calling.
Finally, my wife called the general number and explained that we had not been able to contact Keysha. We were put through and this time she answered. She quoted the original estimate and told my wife that this was the final one. My wife said no, that is incorrect and that she should have received a corrected estimate from the appraiser. She put her on hold for a bit and when she came back she quoted the correct figure. My wife asked if the rental car was included and Keysha said no, that would be separate.
Keysha was about to end the call but my wife asked if she wanted to know which rental company we were using. She said oh, yes. She then said she would handle it directly with the rental company … she did not.
When I went to the rental company to pick up the car, I found that Keysha had not called them to set up payment. I had to pay the $200 deposit and put the car on my VISA. They told me to contact the adjuster to get a reservation number. After numerous calls, the rental company got the reservation number through the 17th.
I found out on the 15th that there was a supplement to the repairs and it would take an extra day. I called Keysha on the 16th (I finally got through after numerous attempts) and asked if she would extend the rental for one day. She said she didn’t know about any supplement, but if and when she got one she would extend the rental. I called the body shop and they said she received the supplement on the 15th. They called Keysha to verify and then they called me back and said everything was done … it was not.
When I went to turn the rental in, they said that the insurance company had not extended the rental and that I would have to pay for the extra day. They would take this out of my $200 deposit. I called my wife to get Keysha’s phone number so the rental clerk could call her. Naturally, the call went to voice mail so they had to leave a message. In the meantime, my wife had called the body shop and they called Keysha who then called the rental place. After a while, it was worked out.
Everest Security is the worst insurance company we have ever had to deal with. Although we were the victim, we were made to feel guilty and that we were just a nuisance to the adjustor. On top of that, the adjuster lied to us a number of times.
Stay as far away from this company as possible!

I need to be refunded for the policy that I have not received. Once I put in my card information it was supposed to be $167 taken out and they only took out $60. The transaction says Arrowhead insurance company.
When I go to the link that was sent to my phone via text it takes me to a page that says I will be contacted via text by an agent to finalize paperwork and check my driving record. Still nothing.

I have been informed by Arrowhead that Everest and their main agency Arrowhead have stopped selling auto insurance in California for the foreseeable future. Existing policies will remain intact.
