    It was convenient for me to purchased my General Liability Insurance from them. But they have no customer service skills, I had to go into their office on various occasions because they never return my phone calls. They are lacking on knowledge of the product.

    I had other companies confirm that what I was doing was the right thing. Try to speak with their broker, but his first thing was to argue with me and tell me that they other insurance companies were telling me something incorrect when he was the only one who was telling me something completely different.

    I wouldn’t recommend this company because you’re never going to get the feedback you need from them.

    I loved every minute of working with Kiran at Peachtree. She helped me with my home owner’s and auto insurance and with all the things going on with the move…I could not have done it without her! I can’t imagine why anyone would choose to look for insurance on their own. I know I never will.

    I would agree with Andryl completely. These people are the worst insurance company that I have had to deal with ever. They are all about the almighty dollar instead of doing what is best for the consumer. I understand they need to make a profit in order to keep the company afloat but there is a line that you shouldn’t cross.

    I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and also my AG. Please be aware about these deadbeat scumbags!

    The absolute worst. I’d say their customer service is horrible but it’d be an insult to horrible. And they really don’t care at all. And they’re stupid. My car was finished at the repair shop and they delayed and cost themselves more $ than needed. Of course, it was inconvenient for me to be in a smaller rental but, again, they didn’t care.

    The absolute worst company I ever had to deal with. Gary Moody the claim adjuster is so unprofessional and the repair shop they send you to is a DUMP!!!! Do yourself a favor let your insurance pay and sue them for your money!!!!!! The don’t even deserve one star………

    The worst company I have ever dealt with. I was in an accident with one of their clients about two months ago, and still they have not returned any of my calls. From every review I have read, this is their bread and butter on getting one over on people. This company has no integrity.

    WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was rear-ended a week ago and they still “cannot reach” the driver to confirm the story, even though there are pictures and a police report, to confirm the story and proceed. I have been the one calling to check the status on every piece of this process- no returned calls, the only way I reach them is if I keep calling and get a person finally.

    DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE. I am tempted to pay the deductible on my own policy and send them the bill. This is RIDICULOUS.

    I wish I could give a negative rating.

    As above, the worst company! This company has no intention of paying your claim. I was in an accident by their at fault client months ago, and still, they do not return my calls or make any attempt to settle the claim.

    Steer clear of this company and if you have a claim don’t waste your time trying to settle a claim with them; just sue them, I am sure they are used to it based on the many other horrible reviews I have read about them not settling claims.

    They don’t answer the phone. The main phone doesn’t allow you to leave a voicemail it hangs up on you. I was involved in an accident and my agent never answered the phone. I tried to call my agents supervisor and he never called back. Not to mention I left numerous voicemails to many different numbers.

    I didn’t even get to deal with my 1st accident and I got rear ended two months later. When I finally got a hold of someone I was treated so crappy and dumb. For the amount I pay, I should not have received the service I have gotten.

    I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They don’t care about you, and they don’t tell you anything. If this wasn’t the only company I could get bc I’m 18 I would never ever get this. They truly don’t deserve a star.

El trato es fatl tras de eso son unos ladronos yo estoy a punto de entablar una demanda contra ellos por fraude, sacar dinero sin autorisacion y quiero que les hagan una insvestigacion porque ellos para sacarte el dinero son bien rapidos pero para devolvertelos se tardan mas de 3 meses. Ese tiempo llevo esperando mindinero y siempre tienen una mentira entre manos lo que es la manager ROSA GAMIÑO y sus empleados no ayudan y nonsirven en lo absoluto la demanda va a nombre de la compañía y a nombre de la gerente tambien

    I was in an accident in August with a 17-year-old found at fault; Peachtree was his company.

    First of all, it takes forever on hold to get to talk to a person. And even when you do, their MO is to delay, delay, delay, until they refuse to approve liability for what should have been a clear-cut case. I was without a car or repairs for 7 weeks until I finally caved and used my insurance (and paid the deductible).

    In the end, they’re still fighting with my insurance company for 80% liability; won’t know the final outcome until mid-December but I’m hoping my company will get 100%. Recently found out that even the kid that was the insured had trouble with them and they wouldn’t pay for his repairs either.

    Peachtree is a horrible nightmare of a company!!! Don’t go near them!!!!!!!

    Omg people I really didn’t want to believe this. now I was hit by their at fault insurer made the claim and no one has contacted me yet I’m out of transportation their customer service is so rude.

    I really don’t need this. I’m furious at this point these people do not care that you are the victim and has enough stress on your life trying to balance it with no transportation, a single mom, and Christmas is around the corner.

    I feel like breaking down I’m so stressed behind this…

    If you get into an accident with one of their insured you were in trouble. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with will not return calls will not except estimates pay you what they want and you’re screwed don’t even bother to make a claim.

    Go through your insurance company and pay the deductible and then hope they can get it back for you, I don’t know how the state of Georgia even lets them keep their license.

    I was involved in an accident with one of their insured. The worse customer service. I was told an adjuster would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours it is now over 120 hours later and no return call back even though I have called them every day sometimes twice a day. It’s frustrating!

    My car is sitting in the driveway their insured was at fault and I have to deal with this bs. I even left a message for the supervisor…nothing

    This is by far the absolute worst auto insurance company to ever deal with. This company will try to scam you in every possible way to not pay for the damages done by their insured party.

    This company is awful, very rude, conniving, and hands down the worst customer service on the history of this earth. I only put 1 star because it was a required field. They really deserve negative 1000 stars.

    Worst Insurance company that I ever deal with. One of his clients hit my car from the back and I file a claim with them on 2/14/17 they text me an application call Express Vehicle Insurance to my mobile and they told me that how they do the appraisal.

    In the mobile application the make you send pictures of the damages and a couple days after they send me a check for $406.00, I call them and they told me that my bumper needs it to be repaired. What a JOKE.

    My car was rear-ended by their driver and the damages on my car were over $4000 really. So I took my car to the body shop and now that have to pay the body shop the damages.

    My name is Cassandra and I called about a claim on a car. Peachtree Casualty insurance is the insurance company and I called customer service explaining the situation and the person on the other line told me quote” how did you get this number and I told him Google.

    He said to call the number on the insurance card and, I quote, “you f****** idiot” and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

    So far, a horrible experience with this company.

    my mother in law backed into my truck and she has this insurance company. I have had nothing but problems since this occurred. The guy named Glenn who works here is a horrible person and basically told me I was money hungry when all I want is my truck fixed and back to me as soon as possible.

    Today is April 17, 2017, my truck was hit on April 5th, 2017 it has not left my yard because I am waiting on Peach tree to get me what I needed. Screw this company and hurry up the process I need my vehicle.

    Son una porquería de seguro no se lo recomiendo a nadie mi carro me lo chocaron llevo más de un mes peleando con este seguro para que me paguen los daños y llamo y me dicen que es pérdida total y después el animal del ajustado Glenn mlody me manda un cheque y me dice que se puede arreglar cuando llevo mi carro al shop la persona que lo va a reparar me dice que es mucho dinero que se va en ese carro porquería de seguro 😠

  5. MINUS.. – a zillion stars! Got hit by their insured Jan 23, 2015!!! Yep 2015…totaled my car….will never reach “max medical improvement”….

    I had to quit the job of my life….total mental decline….bodies fall apart if your no longer able to live your life and have the activities of daily living as you did the day before the accident…ruined my lifetime of good credit…people I could go on for days…

    The worst insurance place I delta with. They never send you the rate increases either I had to call before every renewal for the last year to see if there was an increase or I would have got a surprise when they took out their payment.

    The rate when up every renewal and I never have driving issues (no tickets or accidents) in over 5 years. I canceled my policy on June 23, 2017, and was Way before my renewal date and they still took out $228 which caused my account to be overdrawn I never been so mad.

    This is a very unorganized company.
