This insurance company has been jerking my daughter around. She was driving her car in California and a person who is insured by Access General hit her. An Accident witness who called 911 said it was the other guy’s fault. The officer who assisted said that Access General’s insured was at fault. ( Not to mention that the driver had no valid license.) Access General is doing nothing.
In the meantime, my daughter, who was NOT at fault has a totaled car, no money for rental and has been borrowing friends cars to get to work. That is going to come to an end and she will be without a car. We can’t afford to pay for a rental car and she can’t afford it either. And, we can’t afford to pay for the repairs out of pocket.
She is new to the State of California and has almost no money. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. By the way, my daughter is insurance shopping since she has moved to a new state and she won’t be checking out prices of Access General!
And, her friends who are also new to the state are obtaining care insurance through other companies. Way to shoot yourself in the foot Access General.

Sadly, I have this insurance company to represent my coverage. Having to deal with an accident, the representatives I have talked to over the phone are generally incompetent. I live in California and contacting my own insurance adjuster is difficult as it is. Let alone trying to reach the general operator to handle business accordingly, everything is always re-directed.
As the voicemail of the adjuster states, he bluntly says he will call back by the end of the business day of the call made. I tried contacting him two separate days and on my third, I was able to reach him. I never received any phone call back after leaving many voicemails.
When discussing the matter with my insurance adjuster, he was rude and did not understand my clear, distinct replies to his inquiries. Clearly, the company hires incompetent personnel. There is NO customer service excellence through this company. All the representatives I have talked to are abrupt.
I will be filing a complaint with my state’s department of insurance. I suggest you do also if you have incurred the same mannerisms and tactics of the employees. From a basic google search, you will see that the company has poor ratings and communications with its customers.
I surely will not be renewing my policy at the end of the month. Do not get Access Auto if you reside in California. Heed the warning from both myself and Ms. Denise Blair!

Access Insurance is horrible.
I got into an accident with one of their clients, who took responsibility for the accident, but now Access does not want to pay for all the repairs – only some, even when my mechanic has told them that the damages are due to the accident.
My mechanic, who has been in the business for over 20 years, has told me that he has not dealt with an insurance company that jerks people around like this one.

STAY AWAY FROM ACCESS GENERAL INSURANCE!!
I have been dealing with them for over 7 months on an accident that happened in November of 2011. A client of theirs backed out of their driveway and hit my completely legally parked car, then evaded the accident. I called the police and confronted my neighbor at their house. They admitted blame and had no excuse as to why they didn’t leave a note. I am assuming they were drunk considering how hard it would have been to hit my car the way that they did.
It took forever for an adjuster to show up and look at the damage. I was NEVER given a written estimate. I waited a month, and after a couple calls in which they told me there was STILL an ongoing investigation, then I received a note in the mail saying that they may not be insured due to a friend who was driving the insured vehicle.
This all turned out to be bogus, and they eventually sent me a check but it was after the point that I was leaving town for the holidays and I did not return for 6 months. When I got back, the check was expired and was written for about $150 LESS than the estimates I had gotten. (Still no estimate from their adjuster)
I now was trying to reach KEVIN WALKER who was the agent handling my claim. I quite literally called his office a total of 15-20 times within a two week period, only to listen to his voice recording tell me “I AM THE BEST PERSON TO HANDLE YOUR CALL…” and to leave him a message and he will call back within 2 HOURS or he will call back “BY 11AM ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY”.
To this day he has NEVER returned a call despite threats to SUE HIS CLIENT and report him to THE INSURANCE COMMISSION.I was going to educate his client on what it was for a company to act in “BAD FAITH” for their client and let him know that he could sue Access General as well when I am done for not representing his best interests in this settlement.
I finally had to go to the corporate headquarters and talk to someone in order to get a new check issued (which I have yet to receive). HOWEVER, as I said, the amount is short-changed, and there is nothing to compensate my rental car rental while my car was being fixed.
I have NO IDEA how a company like this is allowed to conduct business this way! I normally do not fill out these remarks online but this time, I felt OBLIGATED so that good people do not have to deal with this TRAVESTY of an insurance company!! I am now going to file a complaint with the State Insurance Commission. (If I could give ZERO stars I would have!)

They are truly the worst insurance company in the history of insurance companies… they are generally incompetent and virtually unavailable- except when it comes to getting paid.
If you have this company- QUICKLY- get out, and get a different insurer- because in dealing with them- you are likely to PERSONALLY get sued, before a resolution takes place.

If you get hit and the person that ran into you says “I have Access Insurance”, immediately call an attorney. This is the only way to get their attention.
Even then they have so many pending cases against them they really don’t care. I am going to go as far as I can in making sure that everyone I know and everyone they know is aware of just how HORRIBLE this “company” (if you really want to call them a company, more of a joke than a company) really is.
It treats it’s customers like fools and God forbid if you are not their customers then you are plainly out of luck. I am now going to the BBB and Facebook. Congratulations Access for being the worst Insurance company in the business.

I was recently rear ended by a lady who is insured by this company. I received the same rude service. After reading the above reviews, I am not looking forward to dealing with this company.
It has only been 8 days since the auto accident and it has already been a nightmare. I live in California and thanks to my Farmers agent, he recommended I proceed with my own insurance and simply let the insurance subrogate after Access.
The lady was at fault:however, the insurance company is simply delaying and being unreasonable.
I will update.

I like so many others are having the worst time with this insurance company. Unfortunately, I am insured with Access General and was involved in an accident.
My vehicle was deemed a total loss. From the moment I called to report my accident to dealing with the adjuster and the Total Loss adjuster, it has been an uphill battle to get anything done in a timely matter. I have heard the word “No” from all of them. No customer service what-so-ever!
I am cancelling my policy and switching to Mercury insurance, where I was quoted a much better rate! I wouldn’t even give Access one star but you have to in order to submit this review.
Thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated……..I have yet to find a positive review anywhere online regarding Access General Insurance.

This insurance company is horrible! I filed a glass claim nearly six weeks ago and still have not been compensated. The adjuster never returns my phones calls; I am the one having to constantly take the initiative.
Needless to say, the customer service is lousy. I assume that I will be paying for this out of pocket! Not to mention, I just received my renewal offer, and my premium has been increased by four hundred dollars a year just for filling a claim to replace my sunroof.
These guys deserve a lawsuit. Stay away from this “Mickey Mouse Organization.”

I worked at Access Insurance and noted that they hire Non-US citizens and non-Green card holders, this company truly breaks the law in every way. It’s even worse that the CEO is having sexual relations with the EVP, the CEO doesn’t even acknowledge his own employees, he had a separate entrance built so he can avoid seeing them.
What kind of person and or company does this? What truly bothers me is the fact of Non-Citizens working there, that’s so UnAmerican…

I regret even having to give this sad idea of a company even one star, if I could I would remove and give a negative sign. They are rude, don’t answer the phone, 25 minutes of hearing how insurance fraud is a crime (well they should now).
Their insured hit my parked BMW 640ci from nose to tail, they sent out an adjuster that spent all his time trying to find reasons to discredit my car and then left without telling me anything except saying “if we have to replace the parts it is a total loss.
I then get a check in the mail for 3 thousand dollars. No one called this is not enough to even repair the damage. They do this in hopes you need the money and cash it. Not going to happen.
My recommendation, if you’re a victim of this company, file a complaint with the Insurance commission and strap in for a fight but don’t give in. Let “the little green General now what a fight really is.

Horrible customer service. Everything about this insurance seems very shady.
Someone hit my parked car on 8/24/2014 and I’ve yet to hear from insurance adjustor 9/12/2014. So I have to be on hold to speak to any adjustor which is literally an hour wait. When I requested to get switched to another adjuster because I feel like she obviously has to much on her plate.
The guy who I was speaking to said “well we can’t do that and were very busy right now because of new claims that came in because of Labor Day weekend ” so just because my claim is not as new I get screwed ?
No one seems to ever have the answers to my questions. My car was totalled so they switched my case to a total loss adjustor who still hasn’t returned any of my calls after leaving her multiple messages and calling her every day whenever I have free time.
Someone crashed the only way of transportation I have and the driver had no insurance so there’s no way to get a car rental without me paying out of my own pocket which will be expensive as I am not over 25. This insurance is such a joke.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A
N UNINSURED DRIVER WITH A SUSPENEDED LICENCE DRIVING AN UNREGISTERED CAR THAT WASNT HIS TOTALED MY CAR AFTER HE RAN A STOP SIGN. POLICE GAVE ME HIS INFO AND REPORT TO GIVE TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY.
AFTER CALLING FOR THEE 20TH TIME I GOT TO SOMEONE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AT THAT MOMENT WITH ME ON THE PHONE. SHE LOOKS UP THE INTERSECTION ON GOOGLE MAPS (REAL PROFESSIONAL) AND TELLS ME IM AT FAULT FOR THE ACCIDENT.
HAVE YOU EVER HAD YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TELL YOU THAT YOU’RE AT FAULT? SHE USED GOOGLE MAPS TO DETERMINE THE ACCIDENT. I EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS AT FAULT DUE TO RUNNING THE STOP SIGN AS WELL AS DRIVING ILLEGALLY. SHE SAYS THAT IT DIDNT MATTER. WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO DROP MY POLICY SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD REPORT THIS TO MY STATE AND SAY I WAS AT FAULT.
I EXPLAINED THAT WHILE IT MAY COME UP ON MY DRIVING RECORD BUT WILL NOT FIND ME AT FAULT. IT EVENTUALLY TURNED INTO A SHOUTING MATCH BEFORE SHE HUNG UP. IT WILL BE TAKEN OFF MY RECORD SOON BUT IT DOESNT STATE FAULT OR NOT AT FAULT. I CANT BELIEVE MY INSURANCE COMPANY FAUGHT SO HARD TO PROTECT THE ILLEGAL DRIVER AND NOT THE PAYING POLICY HOLDER.
WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT BEING AN INSURANCE COMPANY ACTUALLY MEANS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
My claim was filed 11/ 17/2011 when a driver, insured by Access Insurance, drove through the fence in front of my house. After filing my claim they kept putting me off with one excuse after another.
First, it was lack of police report. After checking with Inglewood PD. I found they had received the report. Then the agent I was working with left Access and I was given a new claims rep.. She left after I talked to her, She assured me that it would be taken care of and payment was on the way. When I call to find out when the payment was coming I found out she was no longer there. A new rep was Grechin who soon was no longer my agent. then another came along named Michael.
Today I was given another rep and was told that the statute that limits payment has run out and there would be no payment. What happened??
They are dishonest and just waited me out. Lesson learned. Access does not give access to money it has taken in from it’s insured. Watch out!!

WAS HIT FROM BEHIND, ACCESS DECIDED, THROUGH THERE ADJUSTER, TO DISREGARD WHAT THE DEALERSHIP WANTED AND ONLY PAY HALF. I THINK THEY TELL THERE ADJUSTERS TOO LOW BALL ORDERS SO THAT THEY WON’T HAVE TO PAY FULL VALUE OF WHAT IT WILL COST TO REPAIR.

My car was hit by an Access insured and after a month of run around phone conversations and B.S. Access denied my claim on the grounds that they could not reach their insured to verify the accident happened. Seems funny but, I’m [email protected]#$ sure they found a way to contact him when he paid his premium….
This is such a sham of a company that openly conducts such blatant bad faith practices. I am repulsed that they are allowed to even operate. I’ve filed a report and now all I can do is wait.

Do not deal with this company. So many bad reviews on YELP, Facebook, YouTube, BBB, Google, California Dept of Insurance and many more sites. Hundreds and hundreds of horrible review after review. How many people does it take to review them before you look for a new insurance company? Stop giving them your money. Put them out of business.
It’s amazing this company can do business in any State. Hire an attorney ASAP. Take pictures of everything. Stand up for yourself. They will be awful and drag their feet and NEVER assume the liability for any accident caused by their clients.
Darlene Ramirez in claims at extension 8631 is horrible and doesn’t even take the time to learn about the accident before “deciding” it was not Access Insurance Co fault. Never got all details about the accident and her supervisor Lance Penland at extension 8686 doesn’t return phone calls and is never available.
Put these people out of business – No customers = No Business

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! I have the same complaint as every other person before me.
I was hit by a guy who wasn’t paying attention and admitted he was eating his taco and wasn’t looking. A police officer had just finished up with someone, who he had pulled over, and had a front row seat to the accident. He saw the whole thing and knew who was at fault. The accident report states that the guy was eating a taco while driving, and he didn’t notice traffic had stopped.
My accident happened 06/19/2015…..it is now 08/14/2015 and I am still waiting for them to do something. They are now saying that the repairs on my car exceed what they will pay and they will be considering my car totaled!!! Are you kidding me? The repair damage comes to $5400 and my car is worth $10,000!!
It took me 2 days to get the new adjuster on the phone who is now in charge of my claim as she is in the totaled department. And all I can get out of her is that she hasn’t reviewed my file as of yet. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I let her know I will not allow them to consider my car totaled so she best be ready for a fight.
I will hire a lawyer if I have to. Pray you never get hit by anyone insured by this company…And if you are looking for insurance DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely the worst insurance company. NOT recommended. Extremely poor customer service, and forget about getting your claims adjuster to call you – I left 3 messages in the last 7 days, and one message with her manager today…. NO RESPONSE.
All I want is my windshield damage repaired FOR WHICH I HAVE FULL COVERAGE. It’s even worse when you submit a claim. Leaving this company and going with a reputable insurance company instead. Save yourself headaches and money, don’t join Access.

This is the worst company ever I experienced in my life. 24/7 help line? It’s not helping. the Machine say something and it will hang up the phone.
I have been ignored regards to the claim I reported for 2weeks. I cannot even reach out to the customer service or supervisor, it shows that they don’t care about their customer.

This Auto Insurance company is HORRIBLE!!!! I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and they haven’t even called me to record a statement. I have called every day and left voicemails and nothing! I have left voicemail’s on the so called rep that’s handling the case and her supervisor over 5 times and not a word!!
What am I suppose to think is going on? I am in the army and I am leaving to go for training soon and this insurance company hasn’t done anything! I drive a 2014 dodge charger and the person who hit me decided to switch lanes from the right to the left and damaged my car; starting from the passenger door to the back of the car!
To be exactly on point here they did call me twice; once to tell me they are doing an investigation (Over 2 weeks ago) and the other at 8 pm EST time when I was unavailable. I returned the call and still nothing, I leave voicemail after voicemail and nothing!! Then I call today and speak to another Supervisor and she gets an attitude with me and tries to argue… She told me that it’s not there fault I was unavailable… SO MAD!!!!

This is by far, the worst unprofessional insurance company that I have EVER dealt with. I’m currently trying to get in touch with my adjuster about an accident that happened last week. I’ve called several times, left voice mails and even emails and still no response. Once I got the police report I called the other guys (The person who hit me from behind) insurance company to get the process going.
I shouldn’t have to run around like this. This is what I’m paying my insurance company every month to handle for me. Had I know how incompetent this insurance company was/is I would have never dealt with them. One star is still too good of a rating for them.
If you are considering joining Access General, DONT! If you are with Access General, do like I’m about to do, LEAVE!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! This company is completely unethical and the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.
I filed my claim two weeks ago have and only spoke to the adjuster once after leaving several messages, emails.
Contacting her supervisor who I never till this day after a couple of voice mails haven’t heard back from. I’ve called every day at least 30 times.
Scandalous Crooks!
Meanwhile, I’m paying out the @$* for rental car extensions and increasing rental car fees, and park the totally damaged car in the garage with not functioning break.
These people give you the run around you can never get a hold of anyone, the reps are extremely rude.
I’ve already filed a complaint with The California Department of Insurance and if anyone is having same issues, do so as well.
I’m going to seek legal advice and see about a Class Act Law Suit. if anyone else is having similar situations please contact me.

This insurance is the worst and especially one of the adjusters they have called Colleen Rheem. she has the worst review I been waiting for 2 weeks all she did was send me a stupid letter which is no freaking help if you get into an accident with someone that has this insurance. your screwed. just get a lawyer, that’s your best bet. this is BS. definitely getting a lawyer. this company should be shut down

DO NOT GET ACCESS AUTO INSURANCE for your car!!! One of their clients hit me, he took responsibility that happened on April 1st, 2016, today is April 20, 2016 and I have been calling their representatives like 20 times, left voice mails and guess what?? They don’t answer or call back!!!
Now my insurance is going to try to contact them and if they don’t get any response they are going to sue them… STAY AWAY FROM THOSE THIEVES!!!

Can we get a class action suit going? I was hit 3 days ago, I suffered injuries to my face, back, and neck. I’m scheduled to have physical therapy 3 times a week. My car damages are around $5000. After reading these reviews I’m scared I’m gonna be stuck with all the medical bills

I am now dealing with this horrible company. My parked, unoccupied vehicle was hit.To no fault of mine. The claims adjuster assigned to me has a voice mail message like no other! Not professional at all!
I’m figuring this has to be a joke. 10 days now and still nothing. I gotta lawyer up is my guess! This can’t be a legitimate company. Oh well, they will hear from my attorney shortly. I’m exhausted from trying.

I’m so disappointed. The lady in charge of my claim doesn’t answer, her name is Alejandra Lomeli. I’m calling everyone and no one in claims department’s answers.
I had an accident a freaking month ago and it wasn’t even my fault, but yet they still have the worst service and now I have to pay 180 for my @#$%*&# insurance. I’m so looking for another insurance. I’m done with *&%$#@& access.

I was a passenger in a car that was hit by an access policy holder 3 months ago after filing the claim no one ever called use back we been calling them for months everytime they tell use to send in certain information we do then they asked us to send in something different.
First, they tried to say that we were 50 percent at fault how is that if we were stopped at a stop sign. Then they said they couldn’t get in touch with the driver ok that’s not our fault. Then they told us that on the police report didn’t have the driver date of birth but we took pictures of the person who hit use and I’m pretty sure they have a copy of their driver license.
Then they requested that we send more pictures and that they need copy of the medical records but never sent the release form then they had the nerve to say that they have to look at the damaged of the car so they can adjust how bad we was hurt, how is the @#$* can u tell somebody how bad they hurt by looks at the car.
I will hire an attorney and will be contacting the state attorney General and getting a petition together to start a class action lawsuit Dionne Watson is the worse adjuster I’ve ever seen I’ve never seen an insurance company that wants settle out your claim for less than what an attorney will go for.
WORSE COMPANY EVER. U WILL PAY FOR MY INJURIES. I WON’T LET U GET AWAY WITH THIS NEXT CALL WILL BE TO THE NEWS STATION

The worse insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life.
They really need to remove the automated message you will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours because that never happens. I’ve tried calling him for 96 hours and they do not return your call and they do not take your call. My property is damaged by one of their insurers, and they avoid me like the plague.
Its been 16 days since the accident, I have called them every day multiple times a day. I spoke to the adjuster one time in the 13 days, keep in mind I call multiple times a day. Called to talk to a supervisor and, as usual, I get voice mail. Their automated messages is all about how you can make a payment, give them money, but nothing how they can pay you for your damages.

Complaints about this company ought to be reported to the state and federal regulators.
My mother got into an accident with one of their customers. The police report and driver both stated the accident was their fault. Zero payment has been made for three months.
Most people with common sense would consider the insurance companies actions to be not on good faith. If this is the way this insurance company normally acts, the company ought to lose their license and be forced into liquidation or sold to another company.
Laws need to he changed to hold the executives individually responsible for this kind of behavior. Unethical behavior by individuals ought to be criminal. Stalling tactics is unacceptable.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. their agent informed us the fact that their client totaled our car it was not her problem. it has been a month and no offer to settle or even pay the tow bill.
then turned over to my state insurance commissioner and they are giving them a run around too. we are seniors so losing our car is a big deal to us

One month ago, we were hit in the driver’s side of our car by a person pulling out of a restaurant. We were on the main road and had the right of way. The driver immediately began screaming and yelling that we hit her, SMH. The police officer arrived and quickly assigned blame to the young lady and cited her for failure to yield.
As my luck would have it, she was insured by Access Insurance. I allowed my insurance (Nationwide) repair my car. Still one month later, Dionna Watson at Access is still saying that they haven’t spoken to their driver. Nationwide spoke to the young lady on the day of the incident.
Access is dodging responsibility, and I am out of my pocket on my deductible. I am now reliant on Nationwide suing Access to get reimbursed. I filed a complaint with SC Department of Insurance. They investigated and got the same story as I did from Access. I was told that there really isn’t much that I can do about it. Access doesn’t even have to accept the Police Report as evidence of fault. They can flat deny liability.

It’s been almost 4 months and Elen Morgan( the adjuster) hasn’t fixed anything. She never returns calls but sends documents telling me she is not sure if I am covered. How the f*** am I not covered? I pay full coverage and she tells me I didn’t give her to information she needs… I call her and no return calls.

Like all the other comments, I too have been through the whole entire company to fight my claim.
I was hit by a women that was insured by Access General and it has been a nightmare. I started this claim in March, so it has been a total of five months. I have been through 3 adjusters and 1 so-called Claims Manager. Never once have I received a call or email explaining anything.
I have been calling every day trying to get any information about my claim. The company stated they will call back within 24 hours and that’s all such a lie.
I commented on Yelp and wrote a complaint to the BBB of Insurance. I will keep doing what I need to do to get my car fixed. This company is horrible!! Be very proactive and call every day. Don’t be fooled by your adjusters lies.
Finally got through and my adjuster stated I don’t have your claim but I stated yes you do I have an email stating you do. Then he changed his attitude and when on to state I just got your claim and I didn’t have enough time to review it but I went on to state that it’s been five months that’s plenty of time. Then he added some other stuff and it was lies to get out of it.
All in all, it still is a battle. It took five months to finally talk to an adjuster. Also, make sure you ask for the comments in writing so you have documentation.

Someone Needs to File a Class Action Lawsuit against Access General insurance.
Their Claims practices are to drag out everything as long as possible. The California Department of Insurance even told me to file a lawsuit against them. I will be.
However, what we need to do is to all get together and sue them at the same time and that way they will either change their way or go out of business and no one else will have to deal with this horrible insurance company.

I was insured by Access insurance since 2014 and never had an accident. My sister had acquired her license and I let her use my vehicle. She hit another driver. She recognized she was at fault and the damage was calculated to be around $700 total.
It’s been several months since the claim was filed and I am embarrassed by Access Auto Insurance lack of professionalism. I haven’t been able to get in touch with an Access Insurance representative, they have not returned my calls, nor informed me by mail on the status of the claim. Even if they refuse to cover it they should have processed the claim by now and informed me on their decision. They have left my and the other party involved in limbo.
It’s been several months now, I haven’t been able to talk to anyone. They have now issued a notice of cancellation instead prior to the renewal date of my insurance. I was not even told in advance on their decision to cancel my policy either.
They are unreliable and should not be in the auto insurance industry.

Our Vehicle was involved in an accident 2/24/2017 in which we were struck by a vehicle insured by Access Insurance.
The accident totally disabled our vehicle which is a specialized service truck needed for business purposes.
The person obtained a claim number via the automated system the next day.
Monday 2/28/17 we started attempting to contact Access but could only leave messages. It has been more than a week and we received no response from Access. We made numerous calls but always had to leave a message. Today 3/6/2017 I dialed into the new policy phone number as if I wanted to buy insurance from them and was able to speak to a person who transferred us to a real claims agent. After speaking to the claims agent she put us on hold and never came back.
This company is so difficult to contact I would discourage anyone from using Access and It should not even be allowed to operate.

Gregg Galati and Kenneth Bell are both liars. This insurance company is thieves. Never deal with them without a lawyer. Do not settle with them for no apparent reason. Do not, I say, do not sign any papers at all.
Once they have your releases they will become disrespectful and rude. Kenneth Bell is a snake in the grass and he knows how to push things off on his supervisor because he can’t stand up a be a man on his own after he knows he has lied and scammed you for documents. The call center is bogus and they are liars as well.
You are limited to information even if you are insured with the company. Do not get insurance from them At All

Worse insurance ever. rude customer service, they hang up on u, and they don’t call back. I had and accident someone hit me from behind first they try to say I had no insurance coverage at the time, and when I proved it they came up with another excuse.
the mechanics wouldn’t give me my car back cuz no one paid him and I had an 1800 bill from the rental I had while the car was getting fixed and they didn’t give a flying f***.
also, told me my lawyer never called or email them and it was all a lie and now I’m taking them to court. I hope this so called insurance company closes soon.
